relationship to our Massillon, Ohio warehouse, whether
or not you have any items with FOB indications, & how

Time In-Transit
The time in-transit of UPS Ground is based on your delivery address distance
from our Massillon, Ohio headquarters. The UPS TIME IN-TRANSIT MAP will
give you an estimate of your order’s time in-transit. Please note, UPS Ground delivers Monday through Friday. UPS Air Saturday delivery (where available) is an additional charge. Holidays are not included as a delivery day.
Payment By Credit Card
Please have your credit card number, expiration date handy when you order. If faxing or mailing your order, please clearly print your credit card number and expiration date, as well as including the cardholder's signature on the ORDER FORM. Please note, your "sold to" address must match your credit card billing address. Orders paid with credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. Special Orders will be charged when the order is placed.
Payment By Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Allows you the opportunity to have funds electronically
withdrawn from your bank account based on
your purchases. Once you have completed and
submitted the EFT AUTHORIZATION FORM, the bank electronically
transfers the exact amount to us for payment. It’s
that easy and convenient - no checks, money orders
or credit card numbers to give us when you order. If
sufficient funds are not available at time of EFT, a

For orders under $75 (excluding shipping and

Ohio Sales Tax
Ohio residents add 6% sales tax to all orders. If state sales tax rates change, we will charge accordingly.
Super Saver Prices
Add up your order using the regular prices. If your
order totals $350 or more, or if you buy by the case,
you will pay the lower SUPER SAVER PRICES on

Hazardous Products
Products classified and identified as “Hazardous”
require an additional $20.00* Hazardous Surcharge
and must be shipped UPS Ground. *subject to change without notice
ORM-D Products
Products classified and identified as “ORM-D” must
be shipped UPS Ground.
State Exclusions
Some products are not available for sale to some
states. If a product cannot be sold in your state, you
will be notified when we receive your order.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with something you ordered from us, simply return it to us in new, unopened, unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after 30 days, or in less than new condition, are subject to a restocking fee. We are happy to issue a credit, refund or replacement for items returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. Vaccines and other biologicals, and items requiring refrigeration are non-returnable. Special Order and Drop Ship products are non-returnable. State law prohibits the return of Prescription products.
Returning An Item
Please place packing slip (or a copy of the packing slip) along with a note indicating the reason for the return, in a box, along with the new, unopened, unused item(s) you are returning. Please send that package within 30 days of receipt to:

Vaccines & Other Biologicals
Due to circumstances beyond our control and
ever-changing weather conditions, we require
vaccines and other biologicals to be shipped in a
styrofoam cooler/insulated container year-round. A cooler/container will help protect your
vaccine/biological investment from freezing in the
winter and from getting too warm in non-winter
months. Frozen gel packs will also be included at no
charge in your cooler/container during non-winter months. If frozen gel packs are warm when you receive your
shipment, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Simply
refrigerate your vaccines/biologicals as soon as you
get them.
Orders Shipped Within the Continental USA
Vaccines/biologicals are shipped Monday, Tuesday
and Wednesday via 2nd Day Air.
A 2nd Day Air charge of $7.50 and a cooler/container charge
of $2.50 are added to all vaccine/biological orders.
Vaccine/biological orders received Monday through
Thursday can be sent via NEXT DAY AIR for $14.50 and a cooler/container charge of $2.50. Vaccine/biological orders received
Thursday through Sunday will normally be shipped
the following Monday (excluding Monday holidays).
Orders Shipped Outside the Continental USA
Orders must be shipped via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or US Mail (depending on destination) with all charges paid by the customer.
California, Minnesota & Rhode Island Residents
Prescription service not available in California.
Due to state law, vaccines/biologicals cannot be sold to residents of Rhode Island.
Due to state law, modified-live (avirulent or
attenuated) vaccines/biologicals for pets can only be sold
to residents of Minnesota upon the prescription of a MN-licensed
veterinarian.
Rhode Island residents must hold a Certificate of Need from the
State Health Department or furnish a letter from a
licensed veterinarian in order to purchase needles,
syringes or vaccines/biologicals packaged with
needles and syringes.
Damaged Shipment
In the event that your shipment has been damaged in transit, please keep it in the original box and notify us immediately (within 72 hours). Please keep all damaged goods for inspection by the carrier's representative. If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it; please notify us of a refused package within 72 hours. If you need replacement merchandise, call us and we will ship it immediately. We will gladly assist you in making a claim with the carrier.

take extra time in ordering to assure that your
SPECIAL ORDER is exactly as you want it, because
