Pork liver flavored chewable tablet for treatment and control of roundworms, hookworms and the two most common forms of tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum and Taenia pisiformis) in dogs and puppies 12 wks of age and older. Convenient, easy-to-give 3-in-1 worm treatment provides accurate dosing every time. Each small dog tablet contains 30 mg pyrantel pamoate and 30 mg praziquantel. Dosage for small dog - 6-12 lbs, 1 tab; 12.1-25 lbs, 2 tabs. Each large dog tablet contains 114 mg pyrantel pamoate and 114 mg praziquantel. Dosage for medium/large dog - 25.1-50 lbs, 1 tab; 50.1-100 lbs, 2 tabs; 100.1-150, 3 tabs; over 150 lbs, 4 tabs. Safety for use in breeding and pregnant dogs has not been determined.
